The Owner hereby disclaims entirely any and all liability, cost, demand or expense as may arise or be calimed as a consequence of the services provided by the owner as detailed in this website.

The details of those services as set out above are indicative o­nly and are not to be taken or treated either as an inviatation to treat or an offer so as to bind the owner to any arrangement, contractual agreement or understanding with any third party whatsoever as regards any escorting service whether voluntary or for renumeration vis a vis public walks, accommodation being provided in the owners property or otherwise.  Apart from the usual standard of care as would apply to the provide of any accommodation for renumeration, no extra obligation whatsoever is imposed o­n the owner for the provision of accommodation in his premises and personal care both for a third partys personal property must be observed by such third party at all times.  The Owner takes no responsibility for any personal possessions of any third party whether in the Owners premises or while the wner is escorting third parties in any public walk as aforesaid.

The Owner hereby disclaims any and all responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, loss or damage as may be occasioned to any third party involved in a public walk with the owner, whether being escorted or therwise.  Each third party is responsible for the safety of their own persons and property and should ensure tha appropriate clothing and footwear is worn by them at all times.  All walkers should ensure that proper equipment is used by them and the Owner takes no responsibility nor enters into any advisory capacity vis a vis any walker/third party in that regard.  Any walk undertaken by any person in conjunction with the Owner is to be undertaken by them entirely at their own risk, by their own volition and o­n the understanding that the Owner neither asserts nor maintains any expertise or advisory position in that respect.
